Production Time
All in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours.
All imprinted items are shipped in 57 business days (approximately 5 days after approval of proof).
All Custom items ship in approximately 1015 business days (approximately 10 days after approval of proof).
All clothing ships in approximately 7 business days.
Please note that production time does not include time required for shipping or art preparation. Production begins when you return the approved proof of your imprint.
Clothing Backorder
Occasionally a clothing item may be unavailable due to an unforeseen factory backorder. We will attempt to provide the best possible brand, color and fabric match (through a substitute product, if necessary) in order to expedite your order. You will be responsible for freight charges incurred by backorders.
Custom Printing
Fax a copy or call our customer service department with specifications about your custom job (size, paper stock, quantity, number of colors, changes, etc.). A Western representative will call you with a quote within 24 hours.
Proofs
We will not be responsible for errors you discover after you have given us your OK either verbally, by fax or if you inform us to go ahead without giving you proofs. Printing begins when proof is returned. All reprints will be done at customer expense.
Shipping Time
Shipping is usually handled via United Parcel Service (UPS). For approximate delivery time to your area, please call customer services at 1-800-645-3856.
Western also offers Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day shipping (call a Western
representative for additional charges). We also ship to international locations.
Optional shipping arrangements are possible as well if you desire a different
carrier, or if another method proves to be more cost effective.
Returns
Credit will be issued only on merchandise that can be resold, is unused, and is in the original packaging. Merchandise to be returned must be approved and accompanied by the name of representative contacted. You may not return any items after 30 days past our shipping date. There is a 15 percent restocking fee on all stock items. Custom or imprinted items and clothing may not be returned.
